What does it mean when the top number is high - in the 130's - 140's and the bottom number is low - in the 60's - 50's??
Typically both numbers are in the high or low range, not going to both extremes at the same time.

. Manname -- 130's-140's -- in terms of reality is not very high.
Additionally 60's 50's ( as long as it's not lower than that) is not very low.
This is all sort of in the semi-normal range, although I know you're looking for clues to infection or problems. What you're describing would not set off any alarms in conventional medicine.
If you're concerned you can go to the ER and tell them you're having chest pain ( or whatever) and ask for an EKG; or if you're just curious make an appointment with your regular doctor. Mine has an EKG she'll have done right in her office. It takes about 15 minutes.

I would think it's all OK. Keep an eye on it and see if the trend continues.

My friend was the one who was having the bp issues. She said when her bp is high she gets a headache.
Now she's feeling lightheaded and tipsy and tired. Wondering if the Lyme could be flaring. Or maybe the Epstein Barr.

One of my natural/holistic/integrative MD's says that the low number in that lowish range like that tells him that there are issues with adrenals not functioning as well as they should.
This doctor is aware of the reality of lyme and does what he can, but does not specialize in lyme, at least not in terms of doing all the antibiotics.
