So I've been taking sida acuta and cryptolepis for nearly a month, and I was happy that the night sweats had gone completely away.

Now my symptoms have switched to nearly totally neuromuscular. Shaking, weakness, my NECK -- not just the back but the front, too, jaw pain, lower back, hips, everywhere.

I'm also a lot worse with fine motor control suddenly. My hands are a little swollen. Not typing too good today.

The one herb I added was Cat's Claw. This is the only really "Lyme Specific" herb I've tried.

I'm thinking either now that I've got one bug controlled the Lyme is coming out? Or is it the cat's claw? Or is my Lyme getting worse?

one infections gets better, another shows up and need treatment.

Literally everyone with active borrelia will react to cats claw, in my opinion. So it could be either herx from cats claw, or simply as I said, another infection showing up.

or still accumulated herxes from babesia. Babesia herxes are the worst of all, and may cause several symptoms like you describe.

If herxes, only binders and anti oxidants can relieve you.

if other infections, you gotta deal with them.

I hope you find out and feel better soon.

I'm still taking mino and tindy but it's at such a low dose it's barely effected me.

I can't tell which one it is. I've got kind of a dizzy feeling -- actually I sometimes feel like my head isn't stable on my neck. Then nerve shakes, buzzy legs, stiff fingers. achiness everywhere, and these kind of jerky pulls on my spine that eventually make me think I better lay down.

I just hope I'm going forward and not backward...
