My main symptoms are neck, skull, and shoulder pain; extreme fatigue; insomnia; sinus congestion; and resistant oral thrush.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

- Especially with mepron, liver support should be timed AWAY from Rx - yet still always consistent and steady. Some kinds are better than others when on mepron, ask your LLMD what they think.
Artemesia / artemisinin also requires work of the Cytochrome P-450 liver detox pathway, so it's especially vital to have liver support on board - and also important to no be fasting as that can strain the liver's P-450 pathway. It needs a nice steady supply of good carbs, along with other nutrients.
LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too. -

- How does Artemisinin differ from Artemsia -- and which is better for Babesia?
Artemisinin is far better (always use in combination, though, never alone).
I like Hepapro.
You might see Artemisinin as the extract of Artemsia (but not all kinds of artemsia are the same, either, some strains don't work at all the way we need them for Babesia).
Artemisinin is to Artemesia the way Curcumin is to Turmeric. The first being the condensed form. -

- This book has a full chapter about Artemisinin - and you can see some detail in the other links, too:

- Stephen BUHNER's books also an excellent resource (and search his website as well). He discusses Artemesia in detail. He also has additional suggestions for Babesia.
Other books that discuss various methods (and I think artemesia / artemisinin - you can check table of contents & index, perhaps, at their Amazon listings if you can Look Inside the book).

Should I be taking Artemisinin away from antibiotics (like Mepron) and with my other supplements?
I am running out of time in the day to properly space everything out!

- Yes, generally herbs should be taken away from Rx. However, you LLMD is really the best to ask and since artemisinin is very condensed, it's more like an Rx than a food-herb.
But here's what should be considered: many herbs are support to the liver / kidneys just in their being good food. Certain herbs and herbal extracts (condensed) help the liver make glutathione and that helps not just the liver but every cell of the body flush out metabolic waste / toxins.
So, if you take something that - MY HANDS have to stop now. sorry. -

- My hands demand I stop. Better explained here, anyway how some herbs can "wash" Rx out too fast when taken together:
Though not at all about lyme, this is one of the best reference resources on my bookshelf that has wonderful chapters, many graciously available through their website.
