Has anyone used the Fascia Blaster to stimulate lymph nodes and release toxins? If so, what was your experience? How did it effect you?

- It looks interesting. While it at least is not powered to a battery and is not going to actually "blast" it looks like it could be too harsh, could damage some tender tissue if used too aggressively - and not really able to do the job for lymph.
The lymphatic drainage or massage I've had done by professionals is VERY slight touch. Too much and it can make a person feel rather ill.
There's a certain order and I do think the fingers are very important to "GENTLY kneed" the tissue in just the right way, in the right order.
Your fingers need to be able to feel the way and do the work. You might start with this approach, instructional videos by a LMT and see how that works for you:
Also be sure to have good antioxidants (as in most liver / kidney support). The antioxidants are key to taking up and taking out of the body what comes out during lymphatic drainage. Bright, deep & richly colored foods from nature contain the best range. -
