Wondering if anyone takes L-carnitine (not Acetyl-L-Carnitine, which has slightly different functions) for energy?
Just wondering if it fits into the whole picture.
I took in in December and did help my headaches and energy levels greatly. I stopped b/c I was a bit jittery, and also my full-blown POTS (and inappropriate sinus tachy) first came out while on the supplement, so stopped it. Both were alarming at the time.
But I can't believe that L-carnitine really had anything to do with sinus tachy.
