Has it helped you? I read it was used as a sort of antibiotic before antibiotics were really being used, if that makes sense. And that it mostly treats UTIs, but also used for diarrhea. And that it's not to be used more than 6 weeks. I do have gut issues for sure.

I know that it's used for UTIs. I don't know more than that about it. Regarding gut issues, do you mean IBS or diarrhea? Are you taking Magnesium? And if so, too much Magnesium Oxide can cause diarrhea. Magnesium Citrate is better.
