- List how you feel, symptoms.
Do not list diagnoses.
Present yourself and give them a chance to use their knowledge to serve you.
Just be yourself, listen to them first. Then ask follow up questions. Don't jump ahead.
when you "stand up im so dizzy I faint."
You might ask for a tilt table test and assessment for POTS & NMH (neutrally mediated hypotension). There can be other reasons, too, so don't just assume. See what the doctor thinks. -

- You talk about "every auto immune disease there is . . . "
Please be very careful about that assumption - that ANYTHING, actually, is "auto immune" as they could stuff you with steroids and you could be spinning in the wrong direction.
"Auto immune" is a very dangerous assumption for those with any kinds of chronic stealth infections such as lyme and other tick borne diseases that can upset immune signals and throw kinks in testing.
Most with lyme have abnormal ANA tests but that does not mean they have autoimmune disease, more like the immune system is in disarray. In case anyone suggests steroids / prednisone:
Topic: what do STEROIDS actually do to those with lyme? Risks, long term damage discussed. Links. -
