I looked it up yesterday after seeing your post.
I haven't tried it but wondered if it would work.
I did start LDA (low dose allergen therapy)in April. Had my second round of shots almost 3 weeks ago. It's helping.
It's the first thing that is! Now it's unavailable due to FDA pressure on the only pharmacy that supplied it.
However, a new pharmacy has accepted and hoping it will be available early August. May be something to also look into for you.
Thanks for posting the AAT. There is a practitioner not too far from me. It gives me another option to think about.

It went ok. I don’t feel any improvement. She said people come in there not eating strawberries and the next day they can eat them.
It seems the idea is to get your body out of the “fight or flight” mode. My body is reacting to things which is causing this. In my case pain.
She said that this technique is based on Chinese medicine and has been around a long time but now with computers they have digitized everything.
This is my interpretation as to how it works:
She put a cuff on my one arm and a computer sent a signal which simulates the allergen to it. While she is doing this she had me hold my arm up and press against her hand. I think this is muscle testing. Based on the muscle testing, she could tell what groups of items I had issues with. I think she said she can’t or doesn’t test for a specific item like lactic acid but rather a group like acids.
Then she took a device which acted like a jack hammer. It had two “prongs” and she used it to jack hammer down my backbone with these prongs on the sides of my spine. She did this while sending a signal to the cuff. I guess there are pressure points along the spine and when the pressure is applied the to the right point and the allergen is being sent to the cuff the allergen or sensitivity is relieved.
Of course I am complicated and have to go back for multiple sessions. I think the next one we do are minerals and salicylates.
I go back Friday. I dont know if it will help. But what is a few hundred more dollars at this point? I should have a better attitude.
My doctor did send me to her so maybe she has seen success.

I don't know anything about NAET so I searched around a bit. It seems similar but on one AAT website they claimed AAT was digital non-invasive technology.
The woman's who is doing my AAT, website says it may take up to 5-12 visits to resolve symptoms. On one NAET website I saw 20-25.
