My Applied Kinesiologist has be in Cysteine (which I think is L-Cysteine).

What's the difference between this an N-Acetyl-Cysteine?

L-Cysteine is supposed to be good for hair, skin and fingernails. Some people report that it strengthens the hair - even growing hair in bald spots.

NAC improves mood, thins and loosens mucous from the lungs over a long period of time, busts Biofilms and protects synovial fluid.

Are you taking NAC or L Cystine? I get very confused about these two also.

I was put on L-Cysteine.

AK doc says my body is producing micro amounts of Potassium Cyanide and this is causing problems. L-Cysteine is one way to stop.
