my dr says now that women are taking too much calcium. it builds up and blocks arteries causing strokes and all.
dang...again do we or dont we. seems they say one thing and now its another.

This is something I have heard for some years, along with the comment that osteoporosis is caused more by excessive protein and acidity, which causes calcium to be taken from the bones into the blood. The blood needs a certain pH, very important, and minerals in bones will be sacraficed as needed to achieve this.
That said, there are likely different combinations of diets (protein, calcium, and the like) that can work, and no doubt this varies from person to person, at least to some extent.

I took calcium for years ...helped make a hefty biofilm. ..don mau has that site that says bartonell calcifys arterie . .i know iv magnsium stopped the twitch and relaxed me a lot
also my dad had very elevated calcium levels ,they took out his parathyroid. ..idk ducks duc goose
