I'm supposed to start these I think for Candida and Lyme. The side effects of both are scary. Also afraid of herxing and the GI stuff.

Doses are
Doxy: 100 mg 2/xday
Lamisil: 250mg/day

Has anyone had luck w/these? I mean I know many ppl have w/Doxy but its the firs abx i'll be on.

I took lamisil before I knew I had Lyme and didn't have any problems with it. I was taking it for a yellow toenail. I was actually on it when Lyme first exploded in me.

Some of the side fx for Doxy are similar to lamisil.
And is one probiotic enough for this? I'm on Klaire labs detox probiotic.
