So what is the final word on doing HBOT while living with Babesia. I am treating with pharmaceuticals. 20 years I’ve been fighting it back. Thanks for any advice.

lymewreck36,
First of all, are you talking about HBOT (high pressure) or mHBOT (mild pressure) hyperbaric treatment?
I had severe Babesia, and mHBOT was the only thing that worked and got me well.
It is a myth that 02 "feeds" Babesia. It doesn't work that way. mHBOT is a whole body therapy which triggers 1000's of healing responses in the body.
With consistent treatment over time, the immune system will mobilize to take care of Babesia and other pathogens.
Please consider reading and posting on the mild hyperbaric thread, where you will find more discussion on this subject.

Thank you Phoiph. I have read the extensive threads on it, and while there was research offered to persuade me to consider mhbot, there was anecdotal information that made me put the brakes on.
I did an exploratory session with the hbot business near me. They are concerned about doing mhbot with me because of babesia as well.
So I'm helplessly left dangling on this question. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
thanks!
