What are good products for digestive enzymes to take before meals?

Since no one has answered your post yet I' m answering so that your post will be back at the top. If I were looking for a digestive enzyme,
I would go on Amazon and put "digestive enzyme" on the search line and then read the customer feedback for various products.

2 of my naturopaths agreed on Complete Digestion by enzyme science. I buy it off of amazon.

I take a prescription called Creon.
Before I started using the RX, I was using NOW brand "Digest Ultimate".
It is the best enzyme I could find. I tried many, many brands & kinds, including the expensive professional ones and this was the best for me!

Be sure to take enough enzymes for each type of meal.
A light carb meal may only need one or two enzymes before.
Lots of veggies, 4 enzymes before meal.
A fatty meat meal will need at least 2 at beginning of meal. 2 at mid meal. 2 at end of meal.
The actual number will vary based on the product you purchase and how it works for you...
Try to get HCL separately if you want it. That way a combo won't limit the way you can take your enzymes to meet your needs.

I use HCL before each meal and often use Wobenzym or Flavenzym (Vitacost brand of Wobenzyme) with or after the meal.
