Found out I have a severe black mold situation inside my home. I left and am staying elsewhere while the remediation process is over.
Unfortunately I'm so sensitive that I can't even take the smell of any clothes from the house.
I have a doctors appointment in a few days with a Mold Literate Doctor and am looking for some advice on treatment that I can come prepared with.
What is a good treatment plan to detoxify mycotoxins? Already been using chlorella, liposomal glutathione, agrisept and of course herbs for Babesia and Bartonella
I have terrible brain fog that I think is from the mold exposure and molybdenum and NAC help slightly to detox the aldehydes. Been doing detox baths with Epsom salt, ACV, ginger.
(breaking up the post for easier reading for many here)
