For those that might have ruptured discs or slipped discs from Lyme Disease, you might want to try Reverse Hyper machines to strengthen lower back while treating with antibiotics at the same time.

Some have said it's help heal their slipped discs... I know it's tough lifting weights with Lyme, but it may help.

Discovered this on Joe Rogan's show

Here's a vide of how it works

This is something to pass on for people with lower back problems... My girlfriend had ruptured discs and slipped discs, she went in for rehabilitation but none of the places carried this machine! Pisses me off when I think about it.

She ended up having surgery, recovery is going on two years...

Drugs and surgery is all medical industry knows, very disappointing.

Technology is ever changing, gotta keep your ear to the grindstone, wish I knew about this machine before she had surgery. I've been to a lot of gyms, never seen or heard about it before.

Yeah, it looks good! Thanks for posting this. I'm gonna make one of those machines for myself.....very simple to make if you have a mig welder and metal cutting equipment.

You're only a failure when you stop trying.
