Wondering about ways to detox very quickly besides lemon water and glutathione?

I don't know about quickly as it's a whole process that needs all parts to work to be efficient.

Even with liver support, lots of binders, twice daily coffee enemas, sauna, rebounding, dry skin brushing, and lemon water simultaneously it still took me time to feel a big difference.

I would start with binders and coffee enemas, most should feel an immediate difference with them even if it's just a little bit of one.

Coffee enemas are the best.

First, stop adding to the problem. Take a total break from whatever you are putting in your system that got you this way. Let your body help you and stop slapping it around.

Second, if you use any binders they will absorb the things you are adding to your system and that's like money down the drain.

Third, green tea, coconut oil (topically), epsom salt foot soaks and diet changes can usually help.

Forth, sweating is considered an excellent way to detox. Hot tub, sauna, etc. And the hotter is NOT better. Don't overdo it.

Fifth, send me a bushel of steamed crabs and a basket of lobsters and I'll see if I can come up with more words of wisdom for you.

Can you get a FIR sauna tent? That is, if you can handle heat. Fantastic for detoxing. I got over severe chem sensitivity through sweating.

You could check out Sayer Ji's greenmedinfo site - he has a lot to say about detoxing, and what detoxes what.

MSM in powder + chlorella + bear garlic: this trio can hit quite a lot of toxins.

the secret is to take them at least 5 times a day, when bad herxes come.

Whole body tapping (I use something similar to EFT). The tapping works like acupuncture and it helps the body, in all senses. Very powerful, easy to do. And fast.

Rubbed oils on skin help too.

hot baths, foot baths help a bit.

I keep hearing about coffee enema (fast relief), but I never tried.

Can you sweat? Either via exercise or sauna? Make sure to shower to get rid of all the toxins.

When I was sick the 1st time, I was too weak to exercise much (and I'm an exerciser!) so I did yoga and then sauna. It really worked for me.
