This is driving me crazy. Twitching was one of my main symptoms 11 years ago when I 1st had Lyme.
That got licked, or in remission, then the only residual was twitching, but only when I was dehydrated (like I drank too much night before) or when I drank Diet Pepsi with Nutrasweet. So I, of course, limited that!
When Diet Pepsi got rid of Nutrasweet I tried it again, and the twitching was less, much less.
That is the history of my twitching. Now that I have Lyme again, I twitch a little bit, but it always happens after I drink this concoction with apple cider vinegar, ginger, and stevia, or after I drink my coffee, coconut oil and turmeric concoction. One might think I was herxing, but I certainly wasn't herxing from Diet Pepsi previously, right? So why would these different things make me twitch?
Any theories?

Sorry I have not theories. I find magnesium and zinc help along with a supplement called Mintran (made by standard process).
I still get a lot of twitching especially when I am removing toxins.
