I'm not selling any of them. I don't recommend any of them, I just found these slides easy to read, and understand.

I used many of their suggested things (zeolite, chlorella, cilantro, alpha lipoic acid, MSM, PEMF-like device etc), that is why I'm posting.

for the ones wanting to have some idea what can be done to chelate heavy metals, it is more than a good starting point!

For new members of lymenet:

just a comment on all those supplements.

I think Omega 3 supplements are good (clean, though), they help the brain, and detox, and are sort of a must during lyme treatment (and even after).

I used to use flaxseed oil too, daily, during lyme. I still take a bit, but I prefer the taste of chia seeds, so I'm eating more chia now.

These are not mentioned in the slides above.
-----------------------

In this list I posted, he cites Primrose oil. I also like it. Very useful against inflammation, it seems.

From the list, I love chlorella (my number 1 detox supplement), garlic (detox and antimicrobial), MSM (detox heavy metals and many other things, plus it helps rebuilding your joints).

These I also took, from the list: cilantro, alfafa, zeolite, alpha lipoic acid, vit c, humic acid.

I liked them too.

Except Humic acid, I still have problems to digest... Vit C, not in all forms, but organic ones are fine.

Cilantro, just for the experienced people (I mean, the tincture is for the experienced, but the food, it's for all!!).

About Hydrogen, mentioned in the list, I think Megahydrate (not mentioned in the list) is the winner supplement.

Nothing compares. But you got to start slow.

----------------------------------------

A GREAT tip from the list is the ELECTRON part.

I wish I knew about it during lyme: he recommends PEMF machines. I use the cheap Violet Ray (the grandfather of PEMF machines).

I love my violet ray, and can't live without it. It helps in so many ways, but specially as an 'energy giver'.

The site above explains how it 'can' act as an antioxidant. But it feels even STRONGER than most antioxidants you ever took.

I owe the violet ray my liver, I think. After more than a decade with liver problems, the violet ray finally solved them.
--------------------------

Other very useful supplements for detox, are the KPU or HPU supplements (zinc is the main element).

I don't think it's mentioned in the list. Very useful for lyme sufferers (even though it was a hard protocol to do).

Another one I love (my number 2 detox supplement) is bear garlic tincture (not in the list).

It detox the blood quite fast, through the kidneys, binds to metals too. Very easy to take.
