Every night, the bottoms of my feet swell and it becomes painful to walk, my big toe hurts and my feet become stiff.
I'm wondering what is causing it and why I can't cure it.
I soak my feet in Epsom Salts, coat them with Neuropathy Oil and drink a little Black Cherry Juice to make my toe stop
hurting and my feet then feel OK overnight - so I'm able to fix it every night so that I can sleep.
But even though I'm taking more herbs for Bart (Japanese Knotweed and Houytenia) during the day, I'm not making it go away. Does anyone have this and does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes. They only hurt at night. I know that the big toe hurting means gout and the black cherry juice (a gout remedy) fixes the toe but could gout make the tops of the feet hurt
and the bottoms swell too? Maybe the entire problem is gout! I had been thinking that my foot pains were being caused by two different problems but maybe it's all gout.

I've surprisingly had a good night with no foot pain. I increased my black cherry capsules to 2 in the morning and 2 at night. 🍒 's
neutralize Uric acid. I have been overdoing sweets lately. The stiffness in my feet was eliminated by taking more L-Arginine and Cordyceps.
(Bart & Myco). I've been experimenting with supplements to try and fix my feet but would never have figured it out without your help.
