I have been juicing for a while now but I have mostly stuck to spinach and nutritious greens prepacked mix with occasional apple and or carrots, all organic.
Any recipes that are good for detox or that you guys have found helpful?
The juicing seems to help the weird liver pain I get here and there.
If this doesn't belong in medical q's let me now. I wasn't sure

I just used my new but cheap black and decker juicer. I have been using nutribullet til now. I can't believe how much pulp is left and how little juice I get..
Maybe I haven't really been juicing as much as most people since I haven't had a real juicer.

Dr Josh Axe's website would probably have some good juicing instruction. DrAxe.com
Also take a look at Dr Mercola's site and www.greenmedinfo.com and see if you can do a search there.

Gigimac, it varies from juicer to juicer how much pulp is left. If it's wet pulp (my Norwalk pulp is as dry as sawdust, so is useless), you can use it for recipes. I used to give the pulp from my old juicer to my birds.
I like to juice celery, cucumber, apple, greens, carrot, beet and whatever other veggies I have on hand. I really love celery, cucumber and apples because of how much juice I get from them.
