I've been on Tini for about a week with no pulse. I had one of my sleep attacks last night with nausea and I think I was down for about 14 hours.

In the middle of this I woke up and my hands were painful and numb.

I shifted and shook them out, and they were ok again. But does that count as a tinidazole warning?

When I was on tini, my left foot would go a bit numb, but unfortunately that is also one of my symptoms--like blue--so hard to tell.

I'm okay today. A break seems to have done it OR it was dieoff, who knows.

You might have just slept with them in a funny position putting pressure on nerves that would make them temporarily go numb. My hands and feet do this and I'm not on Tini or Flagyl.

I doubt you need to stop Tini unless you start to notice this symptom for no reason during the day.

Thanks...actually some things started to improve on tini in only a week. Always good news. I'm taking about twice as much as I was before.

I improved on tini for awhile (it was pretty fast to feel better). Later, it gave me the beginnings of peripheral neuropathy, be careful.

It just plain stopped helping after awhile. Probably helped the first few weeks, then no benefit.

Thanks Judie...that's what I'm wondering about. Although they do say it has to be really long term to have that effect. Ten days isn't long term yet.

I've been on tini 4 months !! I am passing 4 different parasites EVERYDAY..

I definitely feel better.. I am not afraid to look in the toilet to see what's going on..

I was however quite surprised when I first saw things when starting tini....

I do herx from the die off but not as bad as when I started...I will stay on tini until I no longer see things in the toilet....

I have pics and video of parasites (unbelievable)..

I am also on doxy....My battle with lyme, babesia and bart continue but I am doing better than before...

Lyme undiagnosed for 5+ yrs.. Now in treatment 16 months.. I travel from mass to NY once a month for treatment.....

Wow, I didn't even consider parasites. I really don't like this drug; I was happier on doxy and bactrim and nothing else, but I can tell it's working.

This is the most "improvement" I've felt after treating a year.

Jordana, I'm so happy to hear you talk of your improvement. I know you were struggling so much!

I'm going back on tini today... [Smile]

The journey continues.

I am passing things on Cowden Herbal Tinctures too. I was like "What the hell is that?" so I am glad you referenced it here, Melissa

Well it's nothing to write home about and I'm actually worse than I started. I had crazy symptoms from my last mega herx, and it actually took a couple months for them to go away. I feel beat up.

BUT the twitching is a lot better, and even gone some days. That was my first symptom and it made me insane for actual years now.
