My Lyme dr. is recommending that once we get my gut issues taken care of I start LB Core Protocol Green Dragon Botanicals -Buhner's. She told me to go slow starting out with a very low dose and increase as tolerated. Does anyone have experience with this? Input much appreciated.
Thanks!

If LB Core Protocol refers to Lyme Borrelia, you might need to get Stephen Buhner's latest book "Healing Lyme" (c) 2015 edition - available on Amazon, in bookstores and Libraries.
I follow Buhner's recommendations but have never been able to follow all of them because I have Lyme Borrelia, Babesia, Bartonella and Mycoplasma, and maybe more, so I take two or three of
his recommended herbs or homeopathics for each of my problems. There aren't enough hours in the day for me to take all of them ... however, I can say that his Core Protocols are
excellent. I looked up Green Dragon Botanicals and they're located in Vermont and offer Buhner's recommended herbs/tinctures.

My doctor also started to work on gut issues because most of your immune system is in the gut. That was very helpful.
I don't know what the LB protocol (lyme borrelia as above?) is but I'm doing the Buhner lyme protocol as put forth in his lyme book. I'm 8 months into his yearlong protocol and have had tremendous improvement. Thank God.
I'm making my own tinctures which is much cheaper. If the lyme symptoms are gone in May, I'll be moving on to his mycoplasma and CPN protocols. If not totally gone, I may be combining them with the lyme protocol.
I've found that getting a little sun as often as possible is very helpful. I live in the north so that is a challenge right now.
