Hello everyone,

Tomorrow is my 4 month follow up with my LLMD. I've been on Plaquenil, azithromycin, cefdinir, diflucan, flagyl, and IV Rocephin for the last two months.

For a while I was doing pretty well. I was getting out of bed without a headache, I had slight uptick in energy and motivation. My pains were barely

noticeable, even my GI issues were under control. But somewhere along the way I took a downward spiral. I started sleeping way into the afternoon, having terrible nightmares,

or not sleeping at all. My headaches returned with sensitivities to noise and light. My stomach is such a mess that I've come to hate having to eat. I'm so tired I have to save energy to chew.

My memory is in worse shape than it's ever been to the point where I have actual gaps. I wake up withr pains everywhere, even my depression and anxiety has returned. The list goes on, as so many of us know.

I just don't really know what to do next or what will work. I'll get my lab results tomorrow along with meeting with my doctor to discuss what's next for me. I was wondering if anyone here us some possible suggestions, or things I can research that might help out.

What are you doing for detox? It's so very important and you're on a lot of abx.

Stefi, it really does sound like toxins are building up in your body from all of the antibiotics. As Dr. H says, a person will NOT get better if they do not detoxify themselves.

In addition, about 25% of all patients have difficulty detoxifying, so they have to work harder than most to do it.

The fact that you started to get better tells me that your protocol is effective. However, as the toxins built up in your body, you got worse and worse.

So, begin working very hard at detoxifying all of the dead germs that the meds have produced.

Some people swear by coffee enemas.

Here are some detox tips from Dr. H:

(from 2010 Lyme Conference):

Take-home message: DETOXIFY YOUR LYME PATIENTS!

It does NOT matter what antibiotic you give people, they will NOT get better without detoxification

For Herxheimer reactions: 2 Alka-Selzer Gold (no aluminum) in 8 ounces of water with lemon or lime followed by 6-8 capsules of glutathione or 1500 mg of oral liposomal glutathione.

70% will feel better in hours

On the topic of water: Dilution is the solution to pollution. This suggests that in order to help our bodies detoxify, we must drink more water

AND:

From Dr. H patient, Sept, 2013:

Flare protocol in a nutshell:

Try 1st:
--Burbur, 10 drops every 10 minutes for 2-3 hours or 10 days until flare resolves
--Parsley (same as burbur)
--Lemon/lime in H2O sipped through straw 4x/day
--Alkaseltzer gold OTC or sodium bicarb 4x/day

If above doesn't help, add:

Oral glutathione (Essential Pro) 6-8 caps at once, repeat as needed, up to 3x/day

If no help w/above steps, try:
--Pekana drainage 15 drops of each bottle 3x/day
--Sydetox 15 drops 2x/day
--LDN, as prescribed at bedtime

You may need to stop treatment for a few days to clear out all the toxins. Then, when you see that your detox is working, you can confidently start treatment again.

If your doc will prescribe IV glutathione (for you to administer at home daily) or glut suppositories, I believe you would see a major improvement. Glutathione "opens up the detox pathways" according to Dr. H.

Let us know how it goes.

Currently I've just been doing lemon water, alka seltzer gold, and epsom salt foot baths for detox. But after my appt, my doctor added glutiathione shots, burber and parsely.

Aside from the detox, we added A-L complex, stevia dropper, liquid Vit. D (since im not absorbing my xymogen vit k2-D3 blend). I'm going to continue on the plaquenil and diflucan but am adding minocycline and tindamax.

I'm not sure where exactly to order the A-L complex or the burber and parsely. I noticed that nutramedix makes stevia, burbur, and parsley droppers. Are those good? I hat shopping around for supplements! I never know which one is best.

Also any recommendations on liquid vit D 2000iu droppers?
