I have been sick with viral infections off and on every two weeks since November. I know my immune system sucks I just don't know how to boost it while fitting Lyme. Please help!

Acupuncture will help. Also colloidal silver.

Have you had your immune system checked? Immunoglobulin levels? Total IgG, IgM, IgA and subclasses?
Do you have a copy of a recent chemistry panel - showing Globulin and A/G ratio? Have a look and report back. Clues there.

Lots of Vit C. If I feel a cold or flu starting, I take a 1000mg pill every hour or two and can generally stop them from happening.
Lots of Vit D - you can have your Vit D blood level checked, and supplement if low. Ours usually is low.
The Host Defense supplement - has 17 mushrooms in it. I pass it, and I'm a sensitive individual.

Do the exercise program found in the Burrascano Lyme Treatment Guidelines.
It is one continuous hour of weightlifting every OTHER day--a full body workout each time, meaning work arms, chest, back, abs, butt, and legs.
If you can't do the hour, work up to it. Use light weights and many repetitions. Rest afterward.
This program is designed for you! I give it the credit for boosting my immune system so that when I was finished with lyme treatment, I never relapsed.
It is nearly 12 years since I completed my treatment and I am still symptom-free, with the same brain and same life I had BEFORE lyme.
