Ok, so I nuked myself out for around 2.5 weeks using the double iv and did go out and sweated some and haven't recovered now for two weeks with extreme fatigue and neuro burning and twitching.
I wasn't feeling good before I did the work. have pending tests scores for adrenals to rule this out.
If adrenals come back then I can only assume that I have angered the lyme and back to some sort of treatment? this fatigue reminds me of the early 2000"s when I was diagnosed.

It just looks to me like you overdid.
But it could be also a bad reaction to a drug or drugs?
For me, it was usually overdoing = excessive killing. This was WORSE than lyme itself, in my case.
Herxes sent me to ER, while lyme never sent me. I mean, I didn't have to be transported in an ambulance, but went on my own.
Bad herxes do kill, but the lyme community thinks herxes mean 'getting better'.
So many of us take killers without binders. I find that almost suicidal.
Since the last time I took the ambulance instead of a car to the ER, I never re-did that over-killing mistake. That was long ago.
when I take killers, I add dozens of pills of binders, tinctures, cleaning herbs, liver / kidney / lmyph support...
I have no doubt that over-killing feels good only after a couple of days. Then it sends our health BACKWARDS. At least, for me, who cannot detox well.
It feels like: I walk one step forward with massive killers in the first day, ...
...then unfortunately i walk 3, 5, even 10 steps backwards in the next weeks.
At least, that has been my experience.
With the years, I learned that tuning my binders was MUCH more important than tuning killers.
Killers are quite easy to find, right?
Binders not, because herxes are different, our bodies are different, our detox weaknesses are different, and we need so many binders in combination, very frequent doses in a day.
I hope you find what caused you the problem, but if you are only on 'water and lemon' to clean your body, I just guess it could be 'only' a herx.
Not that I minimize herxes... I do think that a toxic body makes LOADS of infections get reactivated.
Dr. K's thinks a clean, nourished, rested body will not 'allow' infections to settle.
A dirty (herxes = toxins), electrosmogged, tired , malnourished body is a perfect place for breeding infections.
