I been complaining about my lungs. I run out of breath. I cough and it hurts. Sometimes even my ribs crack. So I had heart Doctor check my heart with ultrasound and he did CT of lungs. He said all normal and dismissed me.
Now I notice my outer lips and upper lips are darker and blue purple. I still have difficulty with steps and shortness of breath.
Has anyone had this. This is a first and I am freaking out.

Some key detail in search results here as to a possible connection - and also with all your breathing difficulties.
As you sort this out, hopefully with a LL doctor, it would be wise to cut out all diary products as they can cause phlegm throughout the body. If dairy is cut out (if you've not yet done so) that might make it a bit easier -- of course, while you sort it all out.
Also, gluten can cause this issue, for some. At the least, it can cause inflammation that can contribute to the difficulties and, if it is a deeper cause, you might be assessed for genetic celiac.
I'm really sorry the doctor dismissed you in such a manner. Even if that organ / function / test might have been good, he should have helped with brainstorming and seeing you as a whole person with a very real concern.
Even a CT scan of the lungs can't show what's going on with all the soft tissue or the metabolic processes.
Lyme / TBD can also really throw off kilter the function of the various nervous systems and affect breathing / circulation. That also can't be seen on typical tests.
Take care -
