I finally found a dr that gave me the right test for this. saliva! (yes, WP) and it showed that I wsa high while sleeping and none in the daytime. I was waking every day with profound

weakness, nausea and an overwhelming hot rush throughout my body.

it's now been about 3 months on the supplements and I feel soo much better and evened out.

hope you figure out what it is for you. so much trial and error with us all the time, right?

Well cortisol is the stress hormone so the fact that you are feeling this around when your stressed is a good indicator that you might have low cortisol levels. I recommend getting tested.

Even if you can't find the saliva testing, atleast go a get your am cortisol levels draw at quest or whatever lab you go to.

I had this for a year without knowing. It was god awful. On the bright side, it can be easily fixed!

Good luck to you

I think the test is available from Genova Diagnostics. You would need a script from your doctor for this.

It is really worth a look:

Fyi, one night recently I decided to take a bunch of supplements, simply just to take them, and woke up energized in the morning - that part not intended. So I'm wondering whether another angle could be nutrient need.

I drank some liquid minerals from the Utah sea beds, drank some noni juice, some Vit D drops in milk, took a fish oil capsule for omega 3s, Vit C tablet, magnesium tablet, zinc tablet, grapeseed extract capsule, hydrolyzed collagen capsule, biosil.

I guess the gist of this is you could start to experiment with healthy supplementation to see if it makes a difference.

Re tired all day, in the beginning when I had no idea what was going on, I found that taking flower pollen gave me back my energy. It was a special flower pollen then that is no longer available, but you could experiment.
