Taking Iv roceph and tindemax now for flair. Bartonella Is major cause here. Can I add herb or bartonella to this protocal?

First: timing matters a lot. Keep herbs separate from Rx
As bartonella herbal approaches can vary widely, not sure which herbs you have in mind - or if you are doing other herbs either in DIRECT or in SUPPORT.
IMO, every protocol requires liver support such as milk thistle or dandelion. Burranscano's treatment protocol has includes herbal supports for over twenty years.
Your treating LL doctor is the best / first person to ask about this. And, if they don't know, then after reading some and deciding on something, be sure to let them know so they have a chance to weigh in on any action or otherwise make adjustments.
Interactions and contraindications are listed in the links set below, though all may not be there so update your specific search process on that. Buhner also has great attention to this part of it in his write up on most herbs.
If you are on your own to figure out, some good books below to help.
With tindamax, I would be cautious about alcohol herbal tinctures.
Many individualized protocols combine pharmaceutical Rx and herbal or nutrient specific support.
Generally, and unless otherwise directed by an LL ND, Do not take herbs at the same time as many herbs help the liver and can move Rx out of the body more quickly. Keep separate by a couple hours, both clock directions.
As to the specific herbs you might have in mind, best for a ND to guide you. I know you might not have access to a LL ND, however, in the books in this set, you might see what kinds of herbs and antibiotic combinations are used.

knowing which methods offer assertive & direct impact, which are only support and which are both. And when to use what, how to combine, & when to step back.

You can cross search various Rx, herbs or diagnoses with his name at Google Advanced Search and maybe find where he's written. Better yet: find his webpage / blog and search there. He is a top LL master herbalist. -
