we walked all over those islands. I forgot my shoes and only had sandals. the flight was 3 hours home. got home monday but wednesday I noticed all the bruises on my right leg. I have a bad cramp behind my knee. it hurts to walk and is sore to touch. laying down and elevating it helps. I would have thought it would have gone away by now. I'm worried about deep vein thrombosis. anyone have any ideas? -------------------- do not look back when the only course is forward
