Like many others, I have constant low body temperature due to Lyme. It averages around 95.8-97.4.
Today I am feeling particularly bad and think I am herxing. My husband came home at lunch to check on me and said I felt really warm so took my temp at it is 98.2.
I have never had a temp like that since this started EXACTLY one year ago. Do you think this would be a fever?
If it is, should I take something? Thanks

Thanks so much! Just took Epson salt bath and drinking lemon water to try and detox.
Husband staying home rest of the day thank goodness as my movement symptoms are back 100 percent

No, don't take something for it. The higher body temperature is a good thing. Bacteria hates it. I wouldn't take anything for a fever unless the temperature got dangerously high.
Has your doctor run a full thyroid panel or checked your adrenals? I needed help with my thyroid during Lyme treatment to keep it in the normal range. It also brought my temperatures up to a normal range.

Adrenals are definitely affected. I have HPA axis dysfunction. Thyroid studies are all low end of normal. Hormone levels are also affected.
He is giving me Adrecor with licorice root to help with adrenals, DHEA , Pregnalone, Estradiol drops and Progesterone. He is treating that first and I have repeat lab work this week.
Herxing badly from Allicin! Forgot how horrific herxing felt vs day to day Lyme issues.
