Does your llmd recommend it be taken on an empty stomach as with other Nutramedix herbs?

I assume adding it to tea or coffee is not therapeutic, correct?

Personally, I won't take any meds, herbs, supplements on an empty stomach.

As for putting it in a hot drink or cold drink...

I've done both and have noticed it works the same as when used plain on other food.

It always gives me a headache so no difference no matter what it is in, at least for me.

Any sweetness makes my palpitations worse (unbearable, can't sleep, etc.)

I read an article about how stevia kills all Lyme forms and biofilm (sounds like it was done under a microscope...

How do ppl w/ Lyme tolerate sugars; they seem to feed the germs, like w/ Candida...

Someone is frustrated that I don't try Plexus (has stevia, helped daughter w/ Lyme)...
