2 of my docs rec'd cbd for my nerve pain. I would like to try it.
I've learned that there are different strains. And I think that the main differences in them are the % of cbd vs % of thc. Is this correct?

One of my docs (my ND) rec'd this brand/site.
https://pluscbdoil.com/cbd-product/cbd-oil-concentrates/
But my confusion lies in when they say there's, for example, the 1 gram dose, it has 38 mg of CBD. So is what you're looking for the CBD amount and not the total amount of product? It does not list %, just mg.
Another example on that site says the capsules have 60 mg hemp oil, but 15mg of CBD.

My lyme doc says to use I believe 250 mg. But I'm guessing that does not mean just CBD, but total product. Any help as to what numbers I should be looking for?

And what is an effective dose or "normal" dose you guys use? Do you work up? And I also hear you need different strains rotated so as not to lose effectiveness. But does 'strains' just mean diff levels of THC vs CBD?

not sure if you rec'd a reply as of yet but, if not, I use cbd tincture which is added to an oil or oils. the 250 mgs your doc refers to is the am't found in most eye dropper blends. there are 30 mls in a oz and about 30 full dropper doses per 1 oz bottle. so I calculate that you're getting about 10mgs per dropper full.
I've been using iriecbd/pain blend for several months now. I dose about 4 droppers per day which translates to @40 mgs/day. I have neuropathies and fatigue primarily now after a dozen yrs or more of suffering. this stuff almost makes me feel normal.
I think I did better with their lifeline product but they are both rather similar. next time I order I'll retry lifeline.
that said, I've tried charlotte web and some home made stuff from a ca. grower. the growers stuff is more genuine but I never did well enough on any of the blends. the charlottes web is similar to irie's products, often pricier which is a general prob with these products.
I've never heard that one hardens off to one brand and has to switch to another but I've only been at this for a few months.
I stongly urge you to trial product. its been a godsend for me.
hope I've helped
