it was suggested to me that panic attacks and stress have contributed to my hypertensive crisis.
I say bull. stress and anxiety do not cause such extreme bp fluctuations.
however, I was told some lyme patients have experienced erratic bp and palpitations that put them in the er.
has anyone experienced bp crises? was it lyme or other diseases?
I do not accept stress as a factor.

Stress makes everything worse. You definitely have real medical issues but stress is a killer...
Not trying to sound glib but meditation really does help. Do you ever try doing any relaxation exercises. I'm sure if you google it or look on YouTube you can find exercises to try for free.
