Hello,I live in France (sorry for my english) and I'm almost sure to have a Lyme disease. Do somebody who has Lyme disease knows something about a lack of feeling in the feet when we walk (when running, it's stronger)and after 15 mn, it becomes very painful.This is only present when you walk or run Many thanks for a reply. Dans les articulations?, sur la peau? , est-elle une douleur aiguë, une espèce de brûlure? (In the joints, on sole skin, is it acute?, does it burn?)
Ou c'est une douleur musculaire (de fatigue)? (Or is it a muscular sort of pain?)
Si vous expliquez un peu plus, quelqu'un ici pourrait vous aider...peut-être... (If you explain a bit better, maybe someone here could help?)

Lyme disease can cause a lack of feeling (numbness) in any part of the body, or many parts of the body. So, lyme disease can be the cause of your lack of feeling in your feet.
See this in the list of lyme symptoms in Burrascano Guidelines:
"Tingling, numbness, burning or stabbing sensations, shooting pains, skin hypersensitivity"
Also, many people with lyme disease also have Bartonella. Bartonella causes the bottoms of the feet to hurt when you walk or run. Sometimes the entire foot can hurt from Bartonella.
See this symptom at the top of p. 9.
When I had this, it felt like the bottoms of my feet were burned each step I took. If I sat down, my feet were fine.

Bonjour, Pour être plus complet, ce sont d'abord des paresthésies (manque de sensibilité)qui sont apparues dans les soles plantaires, juste lorsque j'ai stoppé un traitement de 5 mois de CRESTOR 5 mg (Mars 2011). J'ai aussi constaté que je ne pouvais plus faire un effort avec la même aisance qu'auparavant (dyspnée). Très vite,ces paresthésies se sont transformées en douleur insupportable (sous la sole plantaire), seulement lorsque j'allais faire un footing, m'obligeant à stopper l’exercice. La douleur disparaissait ensuite lorsque j'étais à l'arrêt.Ensuite est survenu mon 1er AVC en octobre 2012, puis en mars 2016, un nouvel AVC encore plus grave que le précédent. J'arrête ici le tableau Je me suis donc demandé si Lyme en conjonction avec CRESTOR 5 mg avait pu déclenché cette avalanche de symptômes.

Bartonella is an infection that often comes with lyme disease, so it is called a co-infection.
When you get lyme, you often get both bartonella and babesiosis along with it. So, most of the time you get more than one disease when you get lyme disease.
You can read about Bartonella and the other coinfections in the Burrascano Guidelines which are here:
He starts describing the coinfections on page 22. He talks about Bartonella on page 24.
Here is a quote about the sore soles of the feet due to Bartonella:
"Other key symptoms may include gastritis, lower abdominal pain (mesenteric adenitis), sore soles, especially in the AM, tender subcutaneous nodules along the extremities, and red rashes. These rashes may have the appearance of red streaks like stretch marks that do not follow skin planes, spider veins, or red papular eruptions. Lymph nodes may be enlarged and the throat can be sore." (p.24)
This entire document is the best education you can get on lyme disease and the coinfections and how to treat all of them.
Maybe you can get it translated into French so that you can read and STUDY it and learn.
I understand that it is difficult to get good lyme treatment in France.

Here is a page from a lyme doctor's book. It tells you what antibiotics treat bartonella. It also tells you what antibiotics treat the other common coinfections.
Perhaps you can get these medications and be treated for bartonella. Bartonella can get really bad and make the patient suffer greatly, especially when it affects your brain (causing anxiety, mood swings, confusion, etc.).
It also can cause very bad abdominal pain. I had that and it was really bad!
