Anyone else get this. For the past few weeks, when I get out and walk around a store for more then 20 min. or so, the middle of my back starts hurting so bad, it feels like it could crack in half.

At the same time, my Heels of my feet begin to become painful as well, both of them.

When I get back in the car, my Heels of my feet continue to hurt even though I'm then off of them.

If I get into my Lounger, the back pain is gone.

Is this a Bart thing ? What else might cause this ?

Who else has this ? Feels like my spine is being compressed or something..

Urgh !

OMG we experience so much the same. I have EXACTLY the same back feeling. You described it better than anyone I've come across. It causes me major issues. I have found no solution for it. [Frown] It stops me from walking any distances. [Frown] You have no idea how much I wish I could know the reason.

My mid-back pain is severe also when standing. Don't have the specific heel pain, but entire foot is painful.

My LLMD said the inflammation in back is "Myelitis."

My chiropractor says more like Spondylitis.

I just wish it would go away. Major reason for my inactivity.

Chiro. adjustments work temporarily to ease some of the pain, but never goes away completely, always nagging pain.

I'm going to try acupuncture soon. I hate this!! Sorry you both (and probably many, many others) have to go thru this too.

I get the back thing but always thought it was the result from herniated disc surgery on the
L-2/3. 20 minutes of walking around in the store and I can't wait to sit down, my back aches so bad.

Gary, the foot pain is probably Bartonella.

I just want to point out that lymetwister eventually found out that he did not have lyme at all.

Instead, he had "Empty Sella, which is a squished Pituitary gland." So, it affected the pressure in his cerebro-spinal fluid and caused many other symptoms.

You can read more about it in his final post:
