I've had neuropathy for years in my feet. It began after treatment in hospital for septicemia. Last month I was hospitalized again for septicemia. But this time it's my hands and terrible pain. I can't stand to touch most things. My pain. doc gave me Nucynta and Elavil but it's not very helpful. I've had to stop all antibiotics due to horrendous diahrrea. I don't want to go to hospital again...especially with colds and flu going around. I'm drinking alot of gatorade. Any suggestions? I swear some of you are better than my good doctors.
