Intranasal ketamine is an effective painkiller and sedative for me, especailly if I'm having trouble sleeping at night.
The pain doc I'm currently seeing doesn't prescribe it, but I've learned how to make the ketamine solution for intranasal use, I just need to get hold of some ketamine.
Thanks, GVS
