Its been awhile since ive been here. I havent treated lyme for close to 7 yrs and have been doing pretty well. For the past year i was noticing i was having issues with occasional vocal tremors. Fast forward to now and its become much more bothersome. I have been diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia with tremor. I am due to have botox injection in a few weeks.

I saw a neurologist and had an mri which was fine. I tried primodone and topirimate but couldnt tolerate them. My PCP ran some bloodwork and i have a positive ANA.

I did see my functional med dr today and based on a previous positive lyme test, a positive ANA and my neurological symptoms she felt comfortable treating me for lyme. I am really on the fence about going back on antibiotics....has anyone had vocal tremors with lyme?
