I think I may be having a lyme relapse or maybe reactivated viral issues.
I started taking Lomatium, but upon learning I have a carrot allergy, I’m wary of taking something from the carrit/parsley family.
I kind of want something that will help, not necessarily an adaptogen like astralagus.
Thought maybe of starting cat’s claw.
Don’t know now if my nerve pain is Lyme related, viral related, or auto immune.

I would start cats claw, for sure. Then artemisia annua (just in case babs is also reactivated).
Certainly one to add is Japanese knotweed.
Keep shifting anti virals. I recently bought Vincetoxicum Injeel from Heel, said to fight Cytomegaloviruses.
Apo-infekt from Pekana is also said to help fight viruses.
some ideas are also Vit D3, Vit A (said to have antiviral effect if taken in bit amounts), Vit C 1-3 grams or to bowel tolerance, propolis (easy to take)...

Sorry you are dealing with all this mess!
Just put this together the other night- quotes from research. Perhaps it will be of some use.

Thanks. I’ve been having increased neuro symptoms since January.
Short of breath, unbearable nerve pain. Honestly it seems like my body is on the way out. At this point I have no idea if the Lyme is in my nervous system or if I have a virus.
I don’t think it’s MS cause I don’t really get headaches or vision issues and I feel like ALS would be obvious.
But my neck pain is also out of this world. I’m bed bound again. I just don’t know if it’s lyme or something else.
Trying to decide if I should go to ER tonight but we all know how futile that is. I think I’m dying isn’t a good reason for them.
