After 5 years our son just tested positive for Bart. He has had severe migraines the entire time...so hopeful that this might be the answer. Doctor recommended A-Bart....know that he needs to start slow. Has anyone noticed increased food sensitivity with Bartonella? Also, heart palpitations or anxiety?

Do remember that Lyme can cause really bad food sensitivities.
Also look into Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

Poor boy.
As Lymetoo said, food sensitivities can start with lyme (increase, certainly), and can even be CAUSED by antibiotics (due to flora imbalance).
Certainly gluten and casein are to be taken into account, plus nuts of all sorts, maybe eggs...
Heart palpitations are very common with lyme. I don't know if this is specific to bart, but I had constant problems with my heart... Dysautomia or some sort of problem in this sense.
Treatment of lyme solved most of these problems, except for food allergy (It got much better after lyme, but we're still treating the gut for solving that).
