A very extensive article. No herbs or even supplements are are suggested (other than supplement with Vitamin D if needed). But then, she is not a naturopathic doctor and so focusing on what's in her field: nutrition. Well worth your time - and worth copying to your "study & reference file".

We all here know better. LLMDs and LL NDs are great at assessing not just tick-borne but also other chronic stealth infections besides just in the viral category.]

. . . If our immune system does what it’s supposed to do, it sees things that are NON-SELF and it tags it with a special immunoglobulin.
My point is not to convince you of this, but instead to show you that we are all encountering things that are non human, things that could easily trigger autoimmunity and we don’t even know it.
