I am seriously at my wits end with this, and I’m desperate to have some guidance because I’m becoming miserable:
For the past year or so I’m constantly thirsty. I’m not just talking about a bit thirsty every now and then either, I’m literally talking no matter how much water I drink, I don’t feel like my thirst is quenched, nor that my body is retaining water.
My mouth feels constantly dry and fluids go straight through me and my bladder constantly feels irritated.
I’ve tried:
Urologist- found nothing but slight blood in urine under microscope. Did renal ultrasound and all was fine.
Tested for diabetes and don’t have it. Tested antideuretic hormone which was normal.
I just don’t know what’s causing this, and my body literally feels like it’s dried out. I know that sounds weird, but I just don’t feel like it’s retaining water how it should, and the feeling of the dry mouth makes me feel so bad.
Has anyone else had this?

Try the search button above. Type in dry mouth, there are 500 threads going back many years.
In search also try using 'thirsty" or some other combo of words to do more reading from those that have suffered these symptoms too.
It's not unusual. Hopefully somewhere in those threads you will find some things to try to help.
I personally keep filtered water by my side all day long. If I go, my water goes with me. But my body doesn't urinate it all out unless I have a urinary tract infection. Then I'm constantly going. Also how toxic is your drinking water? Could your body be rejecting because it's bad water?
Meds can also cause extreme thirst and dry mouth.

I had the same problem a few years ago. I didn't really have much of a dry mouth though, I was just thirsty ALL the time.
You could try taking some B vitamins, vitamin c, or electrolyte supplements. Taking all three really help cut down on the thirst for me.
The strange thing is, now I'm not abnormally thirsty at all - but I've got a horrible dry mouth. I'm afraid my liver is getting tired of all the herbs I'm taking.
