just got these in today.

Vitamin D 28.5
B-12 292
TSH 3.9


what is the best brand to buy Vit D. He wants me to take 7500 icu's a day.

Is this a very low number. Thanks again

I was taking 5,000 Vit D's per day for the past six months and still came up with this low level.

TSH is a nothing test, suppose to tell a doctor something but it tells nothing about thyroid hormones.

Your doctor needs to order real Thyroid tests:
Free T4
Free T3
Reverse T3
Thyroid Antibodies (TPO & TgAB)

That's fairly low. Be sure to get it checked again in a few months to see if it's gone up any.
