Scott is wonderful for the Lyme community. I can remember when he first joined here on lymenet years ago.

I like to think this site was the beginning of his education on Lyme. Of course he was drawn to Gigi and the Dr K world and he has helped spread the word ever since.

If you are not using his website for Lyme education, you are missing out on some possibilities for improving your health and fight against Lyme & Co.

Great interview by Scott (aka The Better Health Guy). Buhner is just excellent with his conversation. Scott's questions are great journalism, too.

He suggests for babesia: focus first and foremost on cyrptolepis.

Ashwagandha the #1 important herb for immune modulation and to help encourage sleep.
