All,
Is anyone here on Cowden? There are very few forums where people are sharing their stories.
I have dabbled with the Nutrimedix products, but really didn’t know if I was feeling better due to the products or some other variable . In a couple days I will be starting the FULL protocol. Starting with month three .
I’m also doing mHBOT one hour a day. Is it possible that something is finally working?!?!
Looking for any other experiences with this protocol.

I did the early Cowden Protocol for four years. I did well with all Nutramedixproducts I took except Samento.
Samento made me herx so badly, I was never able to take more than 5 drops per day and only in the mornings.
I am deathly allergic to quinine so I could not take Quina at all.
After 4 yrs. of endlessly trying to get beyond the 5 drop dose, and herxing so badly I could not function, I stopped, because my rages got so bad it threatened my marriage.
I think it did keep me from worsening, because since I stopped, I have steadily gotten worse.
The mHBOT may make the difference for you. I could not afford it and have not had any more tx since then.
Samento definitely killed something, I can tell you that! Best of luck with it and I hope it helps you.

I did the full protocol after meeting him at several conferences. For me it was ineffective.
To be honest, I haven't met anyone who has had success with his protocol(low doses of incredibly overpriced supplements) but I'm sure they are out there.

Badtick. How long were you on it?
I’m actually feeling better on it. It’s kind of blowing my mind because I hardly hear anyone talk about this protocol... negative or positive.
The healing is very gradual, very different from antibiotics.
I’m wondering what happened to the sample of 500 people that were taking it through Dr H.
