So I spoke to the office today that I originally got tested for lyme, etc. back in December. They told me this:
l. In order to come back, I need to see a "health coach" to go over diet, etc. for 140.00 plus have some sort of food testing done and that's another 280.00 before I can see the NP for lyme treatment.
What do you think of this? They said it is because I have RA and a lot of inflammation and it is caused by food. Does this seem normal before I can see the NP. They also said they do not agree with my rheumatologist for putting me on plaquinal and was hoping I never took it.

It sounds like this is how this particular office wants to operate. Just know that every office is different. I don't face any requirements like this when I go see a Lyme doctor - I just go see them!
