Hi All-
I am currently working on healing SIBO. I am on rifixamin. My test levels were high so will need many round according to my LLMD and SIBO specialist.
Anyways- I am having histamine reaction.
My doctor suggestion taking Querticin to help stablize Mast Cells as well as, heal up the gut.
Anyways. I took one yesterday on an empty stomach. And I had a quite a strong reaction.
I felt very reved up. My mind was racing. Also I couldnt sleep, had really bad insomnia. Also i had in increase in muscle pain.
Any thougts why this happened.

I added Querticin last month to fight off seasonal mold allergies. It did not help. My allergy turned into a sinus infection, which turned into bronchitis.
But Wow, did it give me energy. I also had trouble sleeping and it caused me to get very jumpy. It has a caffeine like effect. I took 2 500mg at the same time, instead of 1 500mg 2x a day.
Don't take it with vitamin C or it really amps more and causes Inflamation. If you take with resvervatrol, you need less of a dose so that can save some money.

We all respond differently. It obviously didn't work for you. I suggest always trying a small amount of anything initially to make sure we can handle it.

- Sorry to hear you had trouble with something that was holding out some hope.
Quercertin was very excitatory to my nervous system. And, if taken is best in the middle of breakfast or lunch.
Actually, though, I did better with Stinging Nettle LEAF capsules. It's much kinder to my body, I can take it any time of the day or night with or without food. And it really helps stabilize histamine reactions. -
