- Essential to consider with any hearth rhythm issues is understanding the various kinds of magnesium, how they differ, try out various kinds and up to perphaps 2,000 mg -- in divided doses 3 - 4 x a day (never all at once):
See post: Caution: Aspartate; Glutamine; and Phenylalanine (3 excitatory amino acids that can be wrong for us when added as supplements, beyond a normal dietary level)
Seaweed has its own natural MSG and can be very excitatory.
Even Miso with some seaweed in it used to cause me to just pass out. Seriously. That took me a while to figure out how my heart would just blip out and I'd be on the floor. There was one particular kind of Miso in a packet that did this.
Consider everything. Everything.
And the adrenals are key as well. SEA SALT has helped me a lot. Be sure to get Wilson's book to really understand the connection between adrenal dysfunction and the various nervous systems.

I was referred to a clinic where a cardiologist & neurologist worked together from beginning of exam, to ordering of tests, to diagnosis, & treatment plan.
If you live close or have the means to travel to a university hospital, I would encourage you to do so. Most should have a similar clinic or team of doctors specializing in this.
Good luck & God bless!!!

- Find a doctor who understands this. It often goes with lyme / TBD so it would be great if you could find a true LLMD to suggest such a cardiologist yet, even if one is not somewhat lyme aware, I strongly suggest finding a doctor through this group:
