I have Lyme and Babesiosis, and I've been dealing with sensitivity to light for some years.
My reaction to fluorescent lights is different--a hard-to-explain feeling that isn't painful, isn't dizziness, but makes me urgently want to get away from them.
I get the same feeling after using my computer monitor. The monitor is supposed to be flicker-free, but I suspect that's not quite accurate.
If I persist in using my computer or remaining under fluorescent lights it will trigger an ocular migraine. Stabs of extremely bright light (like sun hitting something) will do the same thing.
Anyway, Robin has mentioned here the mangosteen juice is effective in eliminating her eye symptoms, and I wonder if it will help me. I just started taking a capful of the Vitacost brand juice. Is there a brand known to work particularly well? Thanks!

Hi - I drink two brands - MangoXan and Ultra Mangosteen. I never had a problem with flickering screens. I had a problem with all light. I suggest you try mangosteen brands to see if you respond well to any of them.

Thanks, Robin. I looked up Xango, and found it contains blueberry, which I have to avoid. I was surprised Xango had so many fruits in it. I'll check out the other brands.

PS: Do I assume capsules aren't as effective as the juice? I saw some rave reviews from arthritis sufferers who are taking the capsules.
