I've been taking nicotinamide riboside (NR) for a month and am having a lot of positive effects so far. Very soon after starting it my mood improved and that has remained so. My energy is up so I get a lot more done. My lessening of symptoms is noticeable.
I bought three bottles of Tru Niagen from Amazon. A woman with lyme did an Amazon comment on how much it was helping her and that was enough for me to decide to try it out. The company that makes the product is Chromadex and there are deals on purchasing directly from them.
There is a man who commented that it gave him irregular heartbeats. I have not experienced this. Call my cynical but I wonder whether he is a shill for big pharma.
A book by a Harvard scientist discusses NR. He is David Sincair and the book is "Lifespan." I read the book before deciding to buy NR. He talks about the anti-aging effects of the product as well.
Have a great Christmas holiday.
